 Just learning, so adding it here, kindly refer to an instructor or doctor before starting any practice as I'm not a trained person to share. This is just for learning purposes. The Foundation: Full Yogic Breath This technique combines abdominal, thoracic, and clavicular breathing into one smooth motion. Step 1: Abdominal Breathing  – Sit comfortably with a straight spine. Place one hand on your belly. Inhale deeply through your nose so your belly expands (the hand on your belly should move out). Exhale and feel the belly sink back. Step 2: Thoracic Breathing  – Inhale into the belly, then continue the breath into the rib cage. Feel your ribs expand sideways. Step 3: Clavicular Breathing  – Finally, draw the breath into the upper chest until the collarbones lift slightly.
