How to do head stand against of a wall

Lay down on a matt, placed right after a wall.
Inter lock your palms, place the palms in mid of the top-back of the head.
Slightly take your both legs closer to your head, keeping the back straight.


Force should be applied on arms, shoulder and Legs. Head should not strained.
Corse should be tightened.

Relax into child post for 1 min right after practising head stand.
